Manual Lymph Drainage for the face

By encouraging the removal of waste and excess, stagnant connective tissue fluid the skin gets its nutrients more quickly and begins to look fantastic.

Typically you can expect skin to look clearer and feel softer, eyes to be brighter, dark areas below the eyes to lighten, puffiness and congestion to reduce and a more defined jaw-line.

Head, eye, ear, nose, mouth, dental, throat, sinus and skin problems resulting from lymphatic related congestion can respond positively.  Some people use this treatment to help fight the ageing process.

This is also an excellent treatment to have pre and post dental work, for any facial puffiness, ear issues, nerve pain (inc Bell's Palsy) and sinus conditions.

Facial Rejuvenation

Facial Rejuvenation (also called Indian Face Massage) is described as a natural facelift through massage.
It is a deeply relaxing and revitalising massage designed to be a gentle and non-invasive approach to looking younger.

Holistic Facials

Holistic facials are much more than just a facial.

This is a sumptuous way to treat your skin to a work out, whilst relaxing and soothing your mind. The treatment leaves your skin looking revitalised, refreshed and more youthful. The skin and under lying muscles are nourished, deeply cleansed, soothed and lifted.

At Calm and Clear Complementary Therapies we use the very best organic and natural skincare products combined with facial diagnosis to tailor each facial according to your specific needs.

There is a cleansing, exfoliation, mask, massage and moisturising part to the treatment. We do not do steam or extractions (as we feel this damages the skin further).
