Health insurance and Cashback Plans

Many insurance companies and health cashback plans will pay for complementary therapies, including: reflexology, lymphatic drainage and Indian head massage.

An example of some of these companies is:

  • BUPA Paycare
  • Beneden Healthcare
  • BHSF
  • Medicash
  • Health Shield
  • Hive Insurance services
  • HMCA
  • Simply Health
  • Sovereign Healthcare
  • PayCare
  • UK Healthcare
  • Westfield Health

Rima is a full member of several professional associations including the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) - all of which are recognised by several private health insurance companies and health cashback plans.

You can see the full list of Qualifications and Professional Associations here to check if your plan covers treatments with Rima.

How To Claim

  • Contact your insurance company or health cashback plan (if the plan is via your employer then check with the HR department) to find out which complementary therapies are covered on your policy and the amount covered, and if this includes Rima and the professional associations (check link above for professional associations).
  • You will usually have to provide and submit a full receipt or invoice to your insurance or cashback firm to claim back the cost (or part of the cost) of your treatment.  There is often a limit on the amount within a specific time frame.
  • In some instances you may require a referral from your GP, so please check if this is the case first.

If you require a full receipt to claim back on Health insurance or cashback then please let me know and I will email a full pdf receipt to you following your treatment.

This can only be done for the specific treatment booked and paid for, so please check that it is covered prior to attending the session.
